James Huckle misses out on Olympic final
James Huckle described the atmosphere at the Royal Artillery Barracks as "crazy” as he missed out on the 10m air rifle final.
The British record-holder said: “At most internationals you can almost hear a pin drop so it’s great knowing that most of them will be supporting you. It does add pressure, but it’s great for motivation and support.”
Later, Huckle also competed in the 50m rifle prone along with fellow British shooter Jonathan Hammond, but neither of them qualified for the final.
