Petition gains more support
An e-petition which calls on the Government to introduce a “vicarious liability” offence in England against landowners on whose land raptor persecution takes place is gathering support. It states that the introduction of vicarious liability would hit those directing the slaughter. As Shooting Times went to press, 2,500 people had signed; 100,000 signatories are needed to trigger a debate in Parliament.
