The search has begun for the Shooting Times Gamekeeper of the year 2010

Shooting Times is delighted to announce that it is once again partnering the Country Land & Business Association in running the prestigious Gamekeeper of the Year Award. The competition, which seeks to find the best examples of Britain’s dedicated shoot stalwarts, is now open and the magazine is inviting entries. The eventual winner, who will be announced at The CLA Game Fair, will
receive a £400 prize and an engraved hip flask.

Shooting Times Editor Alastair Balmain said: “It’s great news that the magazine is running this competition once more. Farmers Weekly has done a wonderful job in recent years raising the award’s profile, but for us it’s a natural fit. I look forward to receiving entries from around the UK.”

For more details on the competition, see page 40 of this week's issue (24th March)
