A bid to raise extra funds to lobby incoming MPs on shooting has been launched by BASC
BASC has launched its General Election Appeal 2010 in a bid to raise extra funds to lobby incoming MPs on shooting.
We will have more new MPs coming in to Parliament after this election than at any time in the past 60 years, explained BASCs Christopher Graffius. He added: When the polls close, our work begins. Protecting our sport in the corridors of power is not cheap.
BASC takes ministers and MPs clayshooting to introduce them to gameshooting. The opportunity to talk through the issues is invaluable in gaining support for shooting.
