Stalkers asked to take extra care
The British Deer Society is calling on stalkers to take extra care when gralloching deer in snow. Spokesman David Kenyon said: Blood is highly visible against snow and members of the public who come across a gralloch site may become concerned and distressed. It is vital that all stalkers maintain the highest standards and consider all aspects of deer welfare and public perception before squeezing the trigger.
