Special events held at Borough Market, in London, encouraged people to enjoy their first taste of game
Hundreds of people got to enjoy their first taste of game at special events held at Borough Market, in London, on 19 and 20 November, as part of BASCs National Taste of Game Week. Chefs Mark Gilchrist and Mike Robinson (pictured above) talked to visitors about how game gets from field to fork and how to prepare it as well as giving them the opportunity to try all sorts of different dishes.
