A comprehensive analysis of agri-environment schemes was published on 4th November
The most comprehensive analysis of agri-environment schemes (AES) ever undertaken was published by Natural England on 4 November. Titled Agri-environment schemes in England 2009: A review of results and effectiveness, the report celebrates the many successes of the schemes such as the restoration of habitats, including 13,000 miles of hedgerows that have been planted in the past 10 years.
