Rockland Wildfowlers' Association (RWA) is running its online auction from 4 July until 26 July
Lots range from flights in Scotland after wild geese with popular guides that are fully booked for the current season; deer stalking on a famous Norfolk Estate; trout fishing in Shropshire; to wildfowling in Devon.
Richard Dicks, chairman of RWA, explained that running an auction like this provides lasting benefits to all participants. Last years auction enabled many people to experience the most romantic form of shooting with the benefit of being guided by experienced wildfowlers. In addition, many clubs picked up new members who wanted to try out wildfowling first before committing by joining a club. In addition some guides found new customers as did the donating retailers.
