Richard Carr of Bucks TV filmed Shooting Times’s Countryman columnist, Fred J. Taylor, receiving his MBE from Buckinghamshire’s Lord Lieutenant in recognition of his services to angling on 15 February.

Richard also interviewed Fred after receiving his award.
