Two working terrier bitches have been found near Torness power station in Scotland.

The pair were picked up by walkers on 28th July.

Rescue centre, BARK, said: "They have both now been neutered, are slightly nervous but even though they aren't keen on people approaching them, they can be picked up and handled without fear of being bitten."

Their behaviour and attitude has lead the rescue centre to conclude that they are a gamekeeper's dogs.

Neither of the dogs are microchipped, which is making it impossible to source their owner.

If you know anything about these dogs please visit www.b-a-r-k.co.uk, telephone 01289 306299 or email rehome@aol.com

For information on microchipping you can visit the RSPCA's website.
