Shooting Times wins the Game Farmers' Association NFU Mutual Perpetual Trophy – awarded for support to the gamefarming industry
Shooting Times was delighted last week to be honoured by the Game Farmers’ Association (GFA), when the magazine received the association’s NFU Mutual Perpetual Trophy, awarded annually to an individual or group for their outstanding contribution to the gamefarming sector. The magazine was recognised for the quality of its editorial content on a sector which is of vital importance to the shooting industry.
The presentation was made at the GFA's annual general meeting last Friday, 9 February. In his citation speech, GFA president Tim Farr praised the magazine's balanced reporting and willingness to tackle complex issues.
